Vialarm Security and Fire was founded in 1989, by Mark Jones, whose goal was to build a company around a “Service First” principle. Along the way, we have formed long and lasting relationships with some of the nations and the region’s best known commercial entities, such as North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, RBC Centura, Shoe Show and more. Our Institutional customers include Iredell Memorial Hospital, Northeast Medical in Concord, Rowan County Jail, Cabarrus County Jail, and Mecklenburg County Government. 

Manufacturers and suppliers, such as Avigilon, Honeywell, Open Eye, Pelco, March Networks, Silent Knight, Bolide, DMP, HID, Fire Lite, Sony, and Panasonic  Vialarm provides its customers the most advanced electronic protection equipment and latest developments in technology. 

In 2014, VIALARM finished a rigorous examination and was granted SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) status by the Veterans Administration. 

VIALARM Security And Fire maintains it's corporate headquarters in Concord, NC with a Sales Center in Raleigh NC.  Our Service Centers are located in Asheville NC, Wilson NC, and Fayetteville NC.
